Kayitz Bakibbutz Camp Shluhot

PURIM SAMEACH

Every year around the month of ADAR I start thinking about camp. The Kibbutz is so colorful and the kids are running around and singing. There is a great happy child-like atmosphere. That is what happens in camp. Kids are going from one peula to another, singing with their madrichim, as they slurp on their water bottles. They are kids just having good old-time fun. This year it might not be the same PURIM as every year but here are pics from our chadar ochel which has been decorated by the bnot sherut that serve here. Apparently, the kibbutz theme this year is children’s fairy tales. Here are two pics from the classic Hans Christian Anderson’s “Princess and the Pea” and the Grimm brother’s “Cinderella”. These two princesses live happily ever after in their newly acquired status and wealth. Good endings are always great- May we have a good ending to this year!!! See you at camp!
